If you are unable to bring your puppy to classes (perhaps they are over our 20 week age limit, or your own schedule makes this difficult), or you prefer to work with them in your own home, we can offer private sessions to cover a number of areas.
- Pre-puppy - advice before you get a puppy. Which breed to choose, how to prepare for your puppy's arrival, what equipment you will need etc.
- New puppy sessions - advice and help once you've welcomed your new arrival. We can cover crate and toilet training, getting through the night, developing a loving and trusting relationship, playing with your puppy, socialisation and early training and many other issues.
- Preparing children for a new puppy - a one hour workshop provided by Sally based on her experience as a teacher and a puppy trainer!
- Puppy 'problems' - advice and help on puppy biting, toileting, separation training and exercise for example.
- Puppy training classes in your own home - the whole Puppy School syllabus taught privately.
- Older Dogs - although we are Puppy School we frequently help owners of older dogs, with training and advice.
